1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "jihh" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" — refers to jihh, its operators, affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and licensors who operate the jihh online gaming platform accessible at https://jihh.org.
• "You" / "User" / "Player" — refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the jihh platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — refers to the registered user profile created by a Player on the jihh platform following successful completion of the registration and identity verification process.
• "Services" — refers to all games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, payment processing, customer support, and any other features made available through the jihh platform.
• "Funds" / "Wallet Balance" — refers to the Philippine Peso (PHP) balance held in a Player's jihh account wallet, comprising deposited funds and any bonus credits separately designated as such.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to any promotional credits, matched deposit bonuses, free spins value, cashback credits, or other incentive amounts credited to a Player's account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) — refers to the identity verification process required under PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering laws, involving the submission and validation of government-issued identification documents.
• "PAGCOR" — refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency responsible for licensing and regulating online gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — refers to any country, territory, or region from which access to online gambling services is prohibited by local law or from which jihh has elected not to accept players for regulatory compliance reasons.

2. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions, together with the jihh Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotional rules published on the platform, form the entire legal agreement between you and jihh. By completing account registration, making a deposit, or placing a wager on the jihh platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you are accessing the jihh platform on behalf of a third party or using another person's account, both you and the account holder are jointly bound by these Terms. Account sharing is not permitted — each jihh account must be operated exclusively by its registered owner.

jihh reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file.

3. Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age & Location Requirements

Use of the jihh platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following criteria simultaneously:

• Are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during platform use.
• Are physically located within the Republic of the Philippines or in a jurisdiction where online casino gaming is legally permitted.
• Are not residents of any Prohibited Jurisdiction as defined in Section 1 of these Terms.
• Are not employees, contractors, directors, or immediate family members of jihh, its technology providers, game suppliers, or payment processors.
• Are not subject to any existing self-exclusion order on the jihh platform or any PAGCOR-administered exclusion register.

3.2 Registration Process

To open a jihh account, you must complete the online registration form accurately and truthfully. You are required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and contact number. All information submitted during registration must exactly match your government-issued identification documents.

jihh reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason. Submitting false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

3.3 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one jihh account at any given time. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jihh will close all associated accounts, void all pending and historical bets placed from those accounts, and retain any balances in those accounts in accordance with applicable law.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

jihh is required under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering legislation to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests and at certain deposit thresholds. Accepted identification documents include PhilSys National ID, Philippine passport, driver's license (LTO), UMID card, and SSS card. Proof of address may also be required. KYC requests must be completed within 14 days of issuance — failure to comply will result in account suspension.

4. Account Rules

4.1 Account Security

You are solely and fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jihh account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances. jihh will never request your password via live chat, email, social media, or telephone.

In the event that you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify jihh immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay. jihh will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

4.2 Account Information Accuracy

You are responsible for keeping your account information current and accurate at all times. Any change to your name, address, contact number, or email address must be reported to jihh support promptly. jihh will use the contact information on file for all official communications, including withdrawal confirmations, security alerts, and Terms update notifications.

4.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, or wagering activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. jihh reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee of up to ₱150 PHP to dormant account balances, provided that the remaining balance is not reduced below zero. Players will receive prior written notice before any inactivity fee is applied. The account will be reactivated upon successful login.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jihh currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. All fiat transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits applicable to each payment method are displayed within your jihh account dashboard and may be updated periodically.

5.2 Deposit Processing

GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your jihh wallet instantly upon confirmation of payment. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, UnionBank) and 7-Eleven Cliqq deposits are credited within one (1) business hour of confirmed payment receipt. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited following the required number of blockchain network confirmations. jihh does not charge fees on standard deposit transactions; however, third-party payment provider fees may apply independently.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

All withdrawal requests are subject to a security review before being processed. GCash and Maya withdrawals typically complete within 5–30 minutes during business hours. Bank transfers typically complete within 1–3 banking hours. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are subject to standard blockchain network gas fees, which are displayed transparently before confirmation.

jihh reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal request pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or compliance review. Players will be notified of any such hold via the email address on file.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. jihh does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts in different names, or payment methods not previously used on the account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 PHP for GCash and Maya, and ₱500 PHP for bank transfers.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by jihh are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the offer is presented. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms take precedence only in relation to that specific promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your jihh account are not immediately withdrawable as cash. All bonus amounts are subject to a wagering requirement — meaning the bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times before the resulting winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements applicable to each bonus are stated clearly in the promotion details. Bets placed using bonus funds may contribute differently to wagering requirements depending on the game type — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute a lower percentage as specified per promotion.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

jihh operates zero tolerance for bonus abuse. Conduct that constitutes bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, using automated or coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus conditions, placing offsetting bets across accounts, and engaging in low-risk wagering patterns specifically intended to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming activity. Where bonus abuse is detected, jihh will void the bonus, cancel any winnings derived from that bonus, and may permanently close the account.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire thirty (30) days after the bonus is credited to your account. Expired bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be removed from your account balance without notice upon expiry.

7. Gameplay & Betting Rules

7.1 Game Integrity

All games available on the jihh platform use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are audited by independent testing agencies and are available within each game's information panel. jihh does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to influence the result of any certified RNG-powered game.

7.2 Bet Acceptance

jihh reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where: a bet is placed after the event or game outcome has been determined, a clear pricing error exists, system malfunction is detected, or the bet violates these Terms. Decisions made by jihh regarding bet acceptance and outcome are final and binding.

7.3 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction or game error that results in an incorrect display of a bet, odds, or game outcome, jihh reserves the right to void the affected bets and return all staked amounts to the players' accounts. jihh is not liable for any purported winnings generated as a result of a technical error or system malfunction. Malfunctions void all pays and plays.

7.4 Sports Betting

For all sports betting markets, including PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, football, and sabong, the specific sports betting rules published in the jihh sportsbook section apply in addition to these general Terms. In-play bets are accepted at jihh's discretion. jihh reserves the right to suspend betting on any market at any time without prior notice.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jihh platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one jihh account simultaneously or sequentially.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the jihh platform.
• Colluding with other players in table games, poker rooms, or any format where cooperation between players creates an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in chip dumping, match-fixing, or any coordinated strategy intended to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus conditions.
• Accessing the jihh platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods to fund a jihh account.
• Attempting to exploit, hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise circumvent the technical security mechanisms of the jihh platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jihh support staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering or breaches the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA).

9. Responsible Gaming

jihh is committed to providing a safe, responsible, and controlled gaming environment for all Filipino players. Gambling on the jihh platform is intended as a form of entertainment. It should never be pursued as a source of income, a means to recover financial losses, or an escape from personal problems.

9.1 Responsible Gaming Tools

The following tools are available to all registered jihh players at any time through the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders — Configure on-screen alerts that notify you after a set period of continuous play (30 minutes, 1 hour, or 2 hours).
• Reality Checks — Periodic pop-up notifications that display your current session duration and net win/loss position.
• Self-Exclusion — Request a temporary exclusion (30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or 1 year) or a permanent lifetime exclusion from the jihh platform. Once active, login access is suspended immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9.2 Age Verification

jihh employs age verification checks at registration and may perform additional checks at any point during a player's use of the platform. Any player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately closed and all associated balances forfeited in accordance with Philippine law. 21+ only — no exceptions.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the jihh platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the overall compilation of the platform — is the property of jihh or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine intellectual property laws and international copyright treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jihh platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any jihh content without prior written consent from jihh.

The jihh name, logo, and all associated brand marks are trademarks of jihh. Unauthorized use of jihh's trademarks in connection with any product, service, or business is strictly prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement under Philippine law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jihh, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the jihh platform or its services.

Without limiting the foregoing, jihh shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of jihh services.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your account data resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
• Interruptions to the jihh platform caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failure, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
• Decisions made in good faith by jihh to void, withhold, or cancel bets, bonuses, or withdrawal requests in accordance with these Terms.
• Losses arising from the use of the platform in breach of these Terms or applicable Philippine law.

In all cases where jihh is found liable despite the above limitations, jihh's maximum aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your jihh account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

jihh collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection law, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering on the jihh platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jihh uses your personal data to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, comply with PAGCOR regulatory reporting obligations, prevent fraud and money laundering, and improve platform services. jihh does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. 13. Termination

13.1 Termination by jihh

jihh reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or collusion; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; account inactivity beyond the period specified in Section 4.3; or any other reason that jihh, in its sole discretion, considers sufficient to protect the integrity of the platform and its players.

Upon account closure by jihh for cause, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach, and jihh may report relevant information to PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities.

13.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request voluntary closure of your jihh account at any time by contacting the support team. Before processing a closure request, jihh will settle any pending bets and require completion of any outstanding KYC verification. Remaining real-money funds will be returned to the payment method on file following security review. Bonus funds and associated winnings will not be returned upon voluntary closure.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to Republic Act No. 9487 (Interactive Games Act), PAGCOR's regulatory framework for online gaming, and the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

In the event of a dispute between you and jihh arising from or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating specifically to the fairness of game outcomes or platform conduct, PAGCOR's player dispute resolution process is available as an additional avenue for Filipino players. jihh cooperates fully with all PAGCOR investigations and dispute resolution procedures.

15. Amendments to These Terms

jihh reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any section of these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations, jihh will provide at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice via the email address registered to your account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the jihh platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.
